Who is ZeeBooth for?
ZeeBooth connects approved sellers with independently operated online stores. Amazon and Hybrid sellers can offer eligible inventory for off-Amazon orders; sellers using their own fulfillment can also apply.
How does ZeeBooth work with Amazon MCF?
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) fulfills eligible off-Amazon orders using inventory held by Amazon. ZeeBooth provides an MCF order-file export and guided tracking and report workflows. You remain responsible for arranging fulfillment and reviewing exceptions.
Do I need an API connection to start?
No. You can manage assigned orders in the workspace and exchange supported CSV files today. API automation is coming soon, subject to approval, testing, and seller authorization.
Can I use CSV and the seller workspace together?
Yes. Export eligible orders, process fulfillment, then return to the workspace to submit tracking or upload supported reports for reconciliation.
How are partial shipments handled?
Tracking records the quantities included in each shipment. Ordered, tracked, and remaining units stay distinguishable so you can see which items still need fulfillment. Tracking submission does not mean an order has been delivered.
How do fulfillment fees and earnings appear?
Fulfillment fees and order earnings appear in the finance history. An item’s pending earning is posted once its full quantity has tracking; delivery reconciliation releases eligible earnings. Pending earnings are not available for withdrawal.
What happens if an integration is unavailable?
The current workspace and CSV workflows remain available. Any future API workflow will require reviewing the order’s submission status before using a fallback to avoid duplicate fulfillment.
What do I need to join?
Create an account, complete your business profile, provide the requested business documents, accept the seller agreement, and configure the return requirements for your seller type. Your application and documents are reviewed before approval.
